As a kid, I always dreamed of having a dog to walk through the park with, to snuggle up to in bed, and to experience the pure joy that only dogs can bring. So when I finally brought Luna into my life, I dove headfirst into every YouTube video and article I could find, eager to raise the best puppy I could.

But after an unfortunate incident with another dog, Luna became fearful, anxious, destructive, and dog-aggressive. I felt lost. I couldn't understand why my sweet puppy was so overwhelmed, and I was embarrassed by her behavior around other dogs. I tried every solution I could find- medication, herbal remedies, sprays and comfort clothes. I took her to three trainers and two vets, but they all told me the same thing; Luna had extreme anxiety, and there was nothing they could do to help.

One day, during one of Luna's panic episodes, she bit me. I was devastated. I didn't know how else to help her, and I felt like a failure. Desperate, I called my vet again who referred me to another trainer -- and eventually, I was directed to Quibells'n'Bits.

When I spoke to Lisa, I poured my heart out, explaining how hard it had been. Without hesitation, she said, "No problem, I can help you."

What I didn't know at that moment was how much Quibells'n'Bits would change our lives. Lisa helped me understand that Luna wasn't a "bad" dog, she needed the tools to release her anxious energy and learn how to stay calm in the face of stress.

Now, looking at Luna, you would never guess where we started. She's calm, confident, and no longer a fearful dog. I don't worry about leaving her at home, and I don't anxiously scan the streets for the other dogs when we go out.

Training Luna led me to Quibells'n'Bits, but it quickly became more than just about improving her skills. I fell in love with the team, the community, and the shared journey of growth. There are so many people who've been in the same position we were, and I'm passionate about showing them that things DO get better. In the end, you'll build a bond that's stronger and deeper than you ever imagined.
